My short and sweet visit to Taipei was a busy time trying to visit all the main areas I wanted to see including; Taipei 101 (formerly the worlds tallest building), to the incredible Lung-Shan Temple, and a lots more. It was a real treat to try the Taiwanese street food which was very tasty and enjoyable. Watching locals make Dim Sum and various other foods, I was kindly welcomed into a number of restaurants so I could photograph some of these processes. Passing by the famous Din Tai Fung (dumpling restaurant), and also trying the world famous Bubble Tea which originated here in Taiwan.
A Future trip to this wonderful country will for sure include a trip to Sun & Moon Lake towards the middle of the Island to explore this beautiful area.
